Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a large-scale, regulated technology project. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies, along with a strong background in process management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional team leadership.

This role focuses on supporting a mission-critical program by ensuring a seamless team transition, aligning stakeholders, and driving successful delivery through structured project management practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transition Coordination:
  • Facilitate smooth handoff between outgoing and incoming project management teams.
  • Document essential knowledge, workflows, and outstanding tasks.
  1. Project Planning & Tracking:
  • Maintain up-to-date project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Track progress, flag risks, and resolve issues proactively.
  1. Team Alignment & Communication:
  • Act as a central liaison among all project teams.
  • Clearly communicate team roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  1. Stakeholder Management:
  • Deliver routine project updates to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Address concerns and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Risk and Issue Management:
  • Identify and monitor project risks and issues.
  • Implement mitigation plans to avoid disruptions.
  1. Process Improvement & Documentation:
  • Refine workflows in line with updated project office structures.
  • Ensure accurate and accessible project documentation.
  1. Quality Assurance:
  • Oversee deliverables to meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve any delivery issues.
  1. Decision-Making Support:
  • Compile project data to assist leadership in strategic decisions.
  • Prepare meeting materials, review summaries, and escalation documents.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in technical project and delivery management
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or SAFe frameworks
  • Proficiency in process management and cross-team coordination
