Job Title :Business Analyst with Capital Markets/Financial Domain Experience
Location : Jersey City (Hybrid)
Duration : Long term contract
Responsibilities
- Lead the requirements gathering and analysis efforts towards solution design and development
- Work with Business Stakeholders, Internal and external technology stakeholders, Testers
- Analyze the business processes and refine them in line with business requirements and testing automation requirements
- Work independently as well as in a team towards final deliverables
- Communicate with stakeholders
Must Have Skills
- Strong client orientation, requirements gathering, Elaboration, Documentation and driving requirements discussions.
- Ability to assimilate disparate information and pursue leads to define problem statement
- Self-starter who can work independently
- Strong in requirement gathering and analysis (ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an inquiring mind)
- Strong experience with SQL
- Strong experience with Data Migration and data mapping, conversion skills
- Strong experience in documentation of meta data and business rules pertaining to data migration
- Experience with test cases and a complete SDLC
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing
- Strong oral and written communication skills
