Position Title: Oracle HCM Pre-Sales Consultant

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dynamic Oracle HCM Pre-Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales and market adoption of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. As an Oracle HCM Pre-Sales Consultant, you will work closely with the sales team to understand client needs, provide expert guidance, and deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify client requirements and business challenges.
  • Develop tailored Oracle HCM solutions that address client needs and drive business value.
  • Provide expert knowledge and insights into Oracle HCM products and capabilities.
  • Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Showcase the functionality, benefits, and competitive advantages of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Create and deliver custom demos that address specific client scenarios and use cases.
  • Stay current with the latest Oracle HCM features, updates, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, modules, and integrations.
  • Provide technical guidance on solution architecture, deployment, and integration strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other sales materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of proposed solutions with client requirements.
  • Contribute to the creation of compelling value propositions and ROI analyses.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on HCM transformation.
  • Gather and analyze client feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams to enhance their understanding of Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Develop and deliver educational materials and resources for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in HCM consulting, pre-sales, or related fields.
  • Proven experience with Oracle HCM, including solution design, implementation, and support.
  • Demonstrated success in a pre-sales or sales engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HCM configuration and customization.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Oracle HCM certification is highly desirable.
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
