Role: Sr. BPS Analyst

Location: New York City, NY

Hire Type: 12 Months+ Contract


Roles & Responsibilities
Evaluate current business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for enhancement, automation, or redesign.
Create detailed process maps, flowcharts, and other documentation to clearly outline current and future state processes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all organizational levels to gather requirements and implement process changes.
Propose and design new processes, systems, and technology enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and meet business goals.
Take ownership of complex, high-profile projects, and may mentor and guide junior analysts.
Monitor the effectiveness of new processes and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable improvements.
Produce and review reports, status updates, and performance metrics to communicate progress and findings to stakeholders.


Required skills and qualifications
4 years of experience in trading desk experience in Trade execution and trade settlement team.
4 years of experience in large cap stocks, some options trading
3 years of experience in CTM/Moxy knowledge


Good to have:
Knowledge of Genesis Platform: This is a software platform from SS&C Advent streamline trading workflows
Good communication skills
