The brand-new facility will utilize the latest technology to increase the company's manufacturing capacity in parenteral (injectable) medications, device assembly and packaging operations.     Organization Overview:

    Manufacturing and Quality Information and Digital Services (MQ IDS) supports manufacturing operational excellence and productivity efforts through utilization of information and technology. MQ IDS strives to enable the making of medicine "with safety first and quality always"

    Responsibility:

    The IDS Manufacturing Infrastructure Analyst provides support for Concord operations, laboratory, process and building automation equipment installation, end user support, and special project custom applications. Additionally, this role provides support for infrastructure systems (workstations, servers, printers, platform applications, operating systems and/or specialized applications such as video recording, cameras, access control, etc.).

    Key Objectives/Deliverables:

    The Manufacturing Infrastructure Analyst (Network) role will have two primary responsibilities:

    To partner with the Concord Site IDS leader and other functions, locally and globally, to review, profile and support changes or maintenance to the network at the site and to lead the Life cycle management of the network.

    In this capacity, the Manufacturing Infrastructure Analyst (Network) will:
    • Perform and/or work with the global network team to analyze new technical and business requirements for the network design
    • Coordinate with vendors regarding requirements, additional hardware requirements and costs
    • Maintain network hardware, software and any additional component
    • Provide qualified network platforms
    • Train end user(s) on the different options for connecting to the network and the cybersecurity requirements
    • Troubleshooting problems on networks and telecom equipment.
    • Consultant for questions regarding infrastructure, compatibility and configuration issues
    • Provide strategy for immediate and future upgrades of hardware and software for the network
    • Ensure connectivity for manufacturing, administration and laboratories activities at the site.
    • Providing supporting documentation for validation and testing of upgrades
    • Assist with validation of new and existing systems by providing technical design information to assure GMP data integrity
    • Participates and/or represents department in cross-functional or departmental teams, as requested


    Basic Requirements:
    • BS in Information Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Science, Engineering, or related field.

    • Knowledgeable of Parenteral Products manufacturing
    • Working knowledge of Life Cycle management, Business Process Model, S95 model, LSEF, and other IDS processes
