Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Oracle Unifier Application Administrator and Specialist to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Oracle Unifier application. This role requires a deep understanding of project management processes, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Oracle Unifier within our organization.

Salary Range:

Job Description:
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Oracle Unifier Application Administrator and Specialist to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and support of the Oracle Unifier application. This role requires a deep understanding of project management processes, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Oracle Unifier within our organization.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Oracle Unifier application.
- Configure business processes within Oracle Unifier to meet organizational requirements.
- Customize forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and other components based on user needs.
- Provide technical support to end-users by resolving application-related issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct training sessions for new users and create user manuals/documentation as needed.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and technical teams to facilitate communication regarding system enhancements or issues.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices related to Oracle Unifier.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements within the application environment.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Deep understanding of Unifier and Oracle Integration cloud, application architecture and application components.
- Deep understand of database operations.
- Deep understanding of different IT process types and ability to translate functional workflow descriptions, ability to transform functional workflows into IT processes.
- Ability to translate expected functional behavior to IT components. Experience with business application platforms (PowerApps, VBCS, etc.) a plus. Good understanding of integration concepts, ability to integrate modules within the same app.
- Ability to communicate application requirements for external integrations.
- Good understanding of SQL and ability to write SQL views. Good understanding of Oracle BI tools (BIP, OBIEE) and ability to create reports and dashboards.
- Previous experience with Primavera Unifier, Primavera P6, and Primavera Analytics. PMP a plus. Experience with application testing a plus.
- Experience developing or supporting integration middleware and using web service integration. Experience with OIC or Unifier Web Services a plus. Experience with REST connections and communications. Experience with Data Integrations or Data Migrations is required.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Design and develop Unifier functionality (BPs, modules, reports), BI Publisher and Primavera Analytics Reports.
- Work with Unifier Support Team and business stakeholders to understand requirements for development. Design and develop OIC Integrations with the Primavera applications.
- Manage test content for new features. Perform Unifier configuration changes.
- Troubleshoot Unifier issues. Manage quarterly Unifier upgrades, regression testing.
- Manage Oracle Service Requests.
- Manage Unifier stabilization fix testing and migration.
