Senior UI/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to create engaging, user-centered interfaces for web applications and dashboards. This role requires a balance of creativity, design precision, and user empathy to craft solutions that are both visually compelling and highly functional.

The ideal candidate will have experience translating business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs that improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. You ll collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts in an Agile/Scrum environment to ensure seamless design implementation and an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and accessible web application interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Collaborate with BI developers to design effective and visually impactful dashboards and reports.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and refine design solutions.
• Ensure all interfaces meet WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Define and promote usability and interface standards across applications.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.
• Partner with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into design solutions.
• Present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.
• Mentor team members on design best practices and user experience principles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience designing UI/UX for web or digital products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, responsive layouts, and accessibility compliance.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Photoshop.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Knowledge of WCAG and Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
• Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Required Technical Skills

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (must have all three).
