Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst II to join our team on a contract basis in the Beaver area, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide technical support and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Address and resolve escalated service requests and incidents related to applications, operating systems, and network issues.
Perform hardware maintenance, including replacing and upgrading computer components, while ensuring proper documentation and inventory management.
Troubleshoot and analyze end-user issues across web and mobile applications, providing detailed root-cause analysis.
Manage user accounts by facilitating onboarding, updates, and departure processes.
Guide and support Tier 1/2 team members in handling technical issues and improving service delivery.
Ensure adherence to organizational standards by closing service tickets promptly and maintaining exceptional customer service.
Utilize and apply corporate processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change management in daily operations.
Maintain and support Microsoft365 Suite, Active Directory, SharePoint, Exchange, and Intune hardware deployments.
Conduct network, server, and database troubleshooting to ensure system reliability and performance.
Collaborate with team members to propose solutions for complex business problems and align with organizational goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience providing Help Desk support, including technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, and VMware.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows operating systems, including Windows 10.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues across hardware, networks, and software.
Familiarity with routers and Citrix systems is preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude.
Experience with programming or scripting languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively multitasking.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
