Job Description Summary

The role of the Business Partner functional analyst in PP and WM is to serve as the person responsible for analyzing demand as well as the delivery of Technology & Global Services (TGS) solutions for the manufacturing area.

This individual will conduct analysis, prepare appropriate solution direction, and deliver the work. Above all, this individual will be required to collaborate with internal and external experts to ensure that business priorities are shaped, prioritized, and delivered. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP PP and WM.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions.
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Conduct workshops to collect business requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives.
• Develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• 30-50% international travel to Spanish-speaking countries and domestic US
• D esign, and test PP and WM modules.
• Identify gaps, issues, and work-around solutions.
• Act as a liaison with clients for troubleshooting software problems.
• Document functional designs and test cases.
• Proactively propose business process and system enhancements.
• Provide consulting services for new implementations and existing support projects.
• Act as a bridge between business functions and the technical team.
• Offer ad-hoc training and user support as required.
• Work independently and may mentor junior team members.
• Coordinate and support resolution of critical tickets.

Required Qualification and Experience

• Bachelors Degree Minimum
• 7+ years of business working experience in a technology function in m anufacturing business process
• 7+ years of relevant SAP Solution in SAP modules PP and WM.
• Understanding of accounting business processes.
• Deep project management skills with capacity to adapt to a changing environment.
• Knowledge of medical devices or pharma industry regulatory context (GxP).
• Accepts ownership, and exceptional ability to lead change using positive and collaborative methods.
• Highly collaborative work style which includes working effectively across all organizational levels.
• Experience working in a highly matrixed organization and in overcoming ambiguity.

• Ability/experience to work in a multinational, multicultural business environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Business proficiency level in English and Spanish
• Experience or Knowledge about other modules like QM and MRP in SAP
• Experience in SAP S4HANA
