Job Title: Senior Quality Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Remote Candidate must reside in Minneapolis)
Contract Duration: 6-months
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join a high-performing, cross-functional team focused on delivering enhancements across healthcare-focused web portals and applications. This is a fully remote opportunity, however, candidates must reside in Minneapolis, MN. The role is a contract engagement through the end of 2025 with potential for extension.
You will work closely with software engineers, product owners, and scrum masters to ensure the delivery of secure, scalable, and high-quality software solutions that support Risk Adjustment and Quality applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define acceptance test objectives and cases for system and integration testing
- Debug and resolve technical issues through research and investigation
- Contribute to UI and non-UI test automation aligned with CI/CD processes
- Validate applications for accuracy, compliance, efficiency, and scalability
- Actively participate in test case development, automation, and integration into the agile development process
- Collaborate with scrum teams to groom user stories and define meaningful acceptance criteria
- Continuously enhance the quality engineering processes and standards
- Web portal security enhancements
- Medical chart import/export processing
- Risk Adjustment and Quality application improvements
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of test case automation development experience
- 2+ years working with SQL Server technologies
- 2+ years working with JavaScript and single-page applications
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a QE
- Strong communication skills for technical discussions and documentation
- Experience in the healthcare domain, particularly in Risk Adjustment and Quality Management
- Azure Cloud experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub
- Familiarity with Test Driven Development
- Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
- Sponsorship is not available for this role. Must be able to work on a 1099, W2 Contractor basis
- This position can sit remotely but must reside in the Minneapolis, MN area.
