Field Service Technician I

Duration- 3 months (Temp to Hire)
Shift- Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm or later, no After Hours
Description:
What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Following Project Documentation and instructions, coordinating and working with Level 2 and Level 3 support, setting up photo printers and servers. The project involves unpacking, installing, and configuring photo printers. Required to follow detailed instructions step-by-step and report into the bridge/support lines as required or needed. There will be a two-week training period due to the sheer volume of the documentation and requirements. Training will consist of Computer-Based Training and Videos as well as a preparatory course prior to going onsite.

• Is this position remote or in person? In Person
• The project requires multiple days going on-site, from 8 am to whenever they can be released from the site for the day. Very little downtime due to a lot of steps, but not inherently difficult.
• Will there be OC (on call)? No On-Call Will there be shift differentials? No Shift Differentials
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? 2 years preferred but not necessary

• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies as some locations require multiple day hotel stays. Other sites are within 60 miles from Kennewick.

• Travel to the most sites is within 1 hour from Kennewick.
• Requires Travel and hotel stays for week-long projects in Yakima, Richland, Spokane, College Place, & Clarkston.
