Job Details

As a Sr. Software Developer, you will be helping us to further build and scale our reputation management product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, proven leadership abilities, and a passion for creating high-quality, innovative software solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to the overall software development lifecycle. This position will report directly to the VP of Software Engineering.

What You'll Do

  • Design and Development: Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software applications and systems in an agile environment.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Problem Solving: Analyze complex business problems and devise efficient, maintainable, and scalable solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify opportunities for process and system improvements and implement them.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for software design, implementation, and site reliability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with your team and stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

What You'll Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in product/software development.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a relevant field is desirable.
  • Experience in the healthcare technology industry is desirable, but not required.
  • Substantial proficiency building cloud based (SaaS) products with .NET Core/Framework, microservices, and containers.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), containerization, product integrations, APIs, ETLs, data ingestion/egestion is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Web UI frameworks and libraries such as Angular, React etc. are desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentorship skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams that are distributed globally.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and excellence.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
