Within delegated authority, the consultant will be responsible for the following duties:
? To effectively perform the Help Desk duties under the guidance of the project manager.
? To document and monitor all incoming issues as received by stakeholders.
? To work on deploying new Laptops and Desktops to Staff following the SOP established.
? To notify the user on the status of IT related issues.
? To provide support for installation of ICSC business applications.
? To assist in the collection of user feedback and suggestions.
? To assist in IT meetings and events.
? To assist in IT asset management and disposal of IT equipment following the SOP.

Work Experience
? A minimum of five years of experience in front desk environment, help desk or related area is required. Experience working in an international organization is desirable.
