    Our client in the Utility industry is currently looking for a Technical Support Technician in Irvine, CA. This role will provide basic user support such as password resets, VPN inquiries, migrating to OneDrive, and MS Teams navigation.

    Responsibilities:
    He/she will provide technical support and assistance over the phone
    Resolving VPN issues
    Password Resetting
    Doing Migration to OneDrive
    Providing Technical Support through phone calls
    Experienced managing tickets
    Experienced in the office suite
    Experienced in printing, unlocking accounts, and word processing
    Must have good customer service skills

    Requirements:
    At least 2 years of experience as Helpdesk support or more than 1 year A + certification
