Title: Head of Program Management Office (PMO)

Location: Old Greenwich, CT (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation
Pay Range:$200000-$250000/Yrs

Description
Lead the development and evolution of a comprehensive program management strategy.
Establish and implement standardized program management processes and best practices.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure effective prioritization and resource allocation.
Serve as the primary contact for program-related matters, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
Oversee a globally distributed team of project managers.
Personally manage the planning and execution of select high-visibility programs and projects.

Key Responsibilities
Own and evolve an overall program management strategy in alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and implement standardized processes, tools, and best practices for program management.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the PMO, ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation.
Act as the primary point of contact for program-related matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with stakeholders.
Manage a globally distributed high-performing team of project managers.
Personally manage the planning and execution of select high-visibility programs and projects across various departments.

Qualifications
10 years in a head of program management role for a technology organization.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex programs from inception to completion.
Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) at all levels.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Technical degree or background in software engineering and finance is preferred but not required.
