PIM (STIBO) Lead

We are looking for a skilled Product Information Management (PIM) Developer with hands-on experience in the Stibo STEP platform to design, configure, and maintain enterprise-level PIM solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building robust data models, integrating systems, and ensuring accurate and efficient management of product information across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Stibo STEP Development & Configuration
• Configure and customize Stibo STEP PIM platform to meet business requirements.
• Develop data models, workflows, and business rules for product data governance.
• Integration & Automation
• Design and implement integrations between PIM and ERP, eCommerce, DAM, and other enterprise systems.
• Automate data ingestion, enrichment, and syndication processes.
• Data Quality & Governance
• Implement data validation rules, taxonomy, and attribute structures.
• Ensure compliance with data standards and governance policies.
• System Maintenance & Support
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and apply updates or patches.
• Provide technical support and training for end-users and stakeholders.
• Collaboration
• Work closely with product management, IT, and marketing teams to align PIM capabilities with organizational goals.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance product data workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Expertise
• Proven experience with Stibo STEP PIM platform (configuration, customization, and administration).
• Strong understanding of PIM principles, data modeling, and taxonomy design.
• Proficiency in APIs, scripting languages (e.g., Java, Groovy), and SQL for integrations.
• Experience
• 3+ years in PIM development or related roles.
• Experience integrating PIM with ERP, eCommerce, and DAM systems.
