Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management for large-scale, complex, high-profile, and high-risk I&IT projects.
  • CollaboXX with technical teams to develop and maintain project roadmaps aligned with business goals.
  • Break down complex tasks into manageable pieces to enhance team clarity and focus.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify bottlenecks and risks proactively and propose actionable solutions.
  • Allocate work effectively, balancing priorities across multiple teams.
  • Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and team throughput metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve project and team processes.
  • Facilitate cross-team communication and collaboration for transparency and alignment.
  • GeneXX and deliver clear reports on project progress, status, and metrics using JIRA.
  • Own project delivery timelines and ensure high-quality execution of deliverables.
  • Monitor and track the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and manage risks and dependencies at each phase.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Proven experience as a hands-on Technical Project Candidateager with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to manage client relationships, expectations, and stakeholder communications.
  • Deep understanding of the SDLC with hands-on experience across all phases.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
  • Strong knowledge of JIRA and related agile tools.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects in dynamic environments.
Should Have:
  • Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
  • Experience working in government or enterprise environments is a plus.
Skills:
  • Technical understanding of software products and development workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to create and optimize processes to improve project efficiency.
  • Experience in defining and tracking metrics to measure team and project performance.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
Qualification And Education:
  • Relevant education or certifications in project management, software development, or IT.
