Job Title: Microsoft CE CRM Developer
Location: Middletown, PA (Hybrid Mostly Remote)
Duration: ASAP 06/30/2026 (Extension Possible)
Work Type: Hybrid (Remote with 1 week onsite per month)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM Developer with advanced expertise in Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and a proven record of delivering at least two successful CE implementation projects for high-volume contact centers. The role involves development, configuration, and integration of Dynamics 365 CE solutions in a hybrid environment with occasional onsite engagements in Middletown, PA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM applications as per Agile backlog requirements.
- Collaborate with technical leads, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Support integration between Dynamics 365 CE, Contact Center applications, self-service portals, SAP, and payment gateways.
- Configure Customer Service modules including Channels, Workstreams, and Unified Routing for Omnichannel operations.
- Ensure seamless data flow and high system performance across integrated systems.
- Participate in CI/CD and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes following industry best practices.
- Provide post go-live support and optimization for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Lead and contribute to solution design, development, testing, and user adoption initiatives.
- Develop and maintain training documentation for end users and promote best practices.
- Attend mandatory onsite orientation and periodic onsite meetings (1 week per month).
- Adhere to organizational standards, policies, and procedures while performing assigned duties.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in developing and configuring business applications within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM
- 3+ years of experience configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service functionality including Omnichannel, Unified Routing, etc.
- Proven track record in at least 2 full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations for high-volume contact centers.
- Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities, customization, and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of Contact Center applications (Telephony, IVR, self-service portals, and mobile apps).
- Hands-on experience integrating Dynamics 365 CE with ERP systems (SAP) and payment gateways.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field.

- Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
- Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (MB-230)

Preferred / In-progress Certifications:
- Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
- Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
- MS Dynamics Fast Track Recognized Architect
- Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP)
Soft Skills:

- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and project management capabilities.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Business Solutions (SAP), ITIL/ITSM practices is a plus.
Additional Details:
- Must attend onsite orientation (Day 1).
- Required to be onsite for planned implementations or system issues (with advance notice).
- May require onsite post go-live support for 1 2 week periods on a rotational basis.
