Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Procurement Contracts Architect and Advisor to lead the design, implementation, and advisory services around Oracle Fusion Procurement Contracts. This role combines deep functional knowledge with hands-on system architecture and integration expertise, offering strategic guidance to procurement, legal, and IT stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design:
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Procurement Contracts solutions aligned with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and compliant procurement contract management solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Advisory & Strategy:
- Provide best-practice recommendations on procurement processes, contract lifecycle management (CLM), and compliance.
- Lead procurement transformation initiatives using Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement suite.
- Advise procurement and legal teams on leveraging Oracle Fusion Contracts for better governance, risk management, and compliance.
Project Implementation:
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Contracts modules.
- Collaborate with implementation partners and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, testing, training, and post-go-live support.
Integration & Data Management:
- Oversee integrations with upstream and downstream systems like ERP Financials, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Payables.
- Ensure data migration and mapping strategies are executed effectively and securely.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for procurement contract solution design and strategy.
- Work cross-functionally with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, IT, and external vendors.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 15 + years of Oracle E-Business Suite or Fusion Applications experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Procurement modules, especially Procurement Contracts.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Oracle Fusion Procurement Contracts in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, contract authoring, approvals, terms library, clause management, and compliance requirements.
Preferred:
- Oracle Cloud Procurement Certification(s).
- Experience with other Fusion modules (Sourcing, Supplier Qualification, Self-Service Procurement).
- Familiarity with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI.
