Job Details
We are seeking an experienced IAM Technical Manager with deep expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM) to lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of enterprise IAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CyberArk, proficiency in IAM technologies, and a strong understanding of enterprise architecture and security frameworks.
You will play a key role in designing and enhancing PAM capabilities, integrating solutions across the business, and supporting day-to-day operations while driving compliance and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and management of Privileged Access Management solutions
- Architect and integrate CyberArk PAM solutions across various business applications
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure IAM best practices align with compliance requirements
- Act as a point of escalation for platform-related operational or security issues
- Provide technical support during the SDLC process, assisting teams in integrating PAM
- Develop standardized, repeatable processes and identify areas for optimization
- Produce reports to monitor service performance against KPIs and risk indicators
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to ensure security alignment
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in IAM/PAM
- Support broader IAM functions and cross-functional collaboration as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IAM experience with a focus on Privileged Access Management
- Deep expertise in CyberArk (or comparable tools like Delinea)
- Experience with Access Management platforms such as MS Entra, Okta, or Ping
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, RBAC, MFA, SSO, and protocols like SAML, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos, PKI
- Familiarity with both Linux and Windows operating systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS)
- Comfortable working in Agile environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience implementing and scaling IAM programs in complex enterprise environments
- Understanding of database concepts, federated identity systems, and directory services
Preferred Qualifications:
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CIMP, CAMS, CIPA, or CIGE
- Experience building metrics dashboards and service health reports
- Prior experience with enterprise IAM operations in regulated industries
