Job Description:

Pay Range: $40.28hr - $44.28hr

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with migration from one eBilling tool (TyMetrix) to another (Brightflag).
  • Support the transition from Legal Hold Pro to Exterro Legal Hold.
  • Execute assigned tasks related to legal technology migration projects under management guidance.
  • Support the renewal of agreements with approximately 15 global panel firms.
  • Utilize the PURSUIT platform for outside counsel management activities.
  • Administer and support legal technology platforms including Pursuit, TyMetrix 360, Legal Hold Pro, Brightflag, and Exterro (training provided).
  • Provide technical support and training to legal team members.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on key legal metrics and performance indicators.
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Experience in a Legal Operations Analyst role or similar position such as Paralegal or Litigation Support.
  • Understanding of eBilling workflows and related processes.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: Pursuit, Legisway, TyMetrix 360, Brightflag, Anaqua, Legal Hold Pro, Exterro.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
Should Have:
  • Prior experience in eBilling or as a Legal Operations Candidateager.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.
Qualification And Education:
  • Relevant education or certifications in legal studies, operations, or technology preferred.
