Description
SAIC is seeking a Systems Integration Manager on the Horizon Program to support to the US Space Force (USSF) in developing and deploying novel command and control applications within the Program Executive Office's Battle Management Command, Control and Computers portfolio in El Segundo, California.
Job Duties Include:
- Provide system engineering support on interface requirements definition and management, interface meetings, interface definition and design, and interface engineering
- Support interface configuration management between the Government system program offices and software developers
- Support development, review, and editing of interface documentation
- Provide technical and programmatic recommendations for Government Program Manager actions regarding interface development, testing, and delivery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of related experience (Master's degree with 12+ years of related experience)
- Requires an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a Sensitive Compartmented Information access and willing to consent to a counter-intelligence polygraph examination
- Experience supporting and/or managing technical programs throughout the engineering life cycle
- Familiarity with Operational and Tactical-level Command and Control systems and/or applications
- Knowledge of Agile and/or DevOps development processes
- Knowledge of systems engineering processes, tools and techniques
- Professional certification (e.g., Professional Engineer, INCOSE CSEP, SAFe, etc)
- Experience within the National Security Space and, or the Space Control mission area
- Experience working in development environment and, or U.S. Government weapons system program office
