Job Title: SailPoint Full-Stack Developer

Location: Pittsburgh, PA & Lake Mary, FL (Onsite )
Type: Contract W2 Only
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Pay Range: DOE

Job Overview:

Join our Identity & Access Management (IAM) team to engineer enterprise-wide IAM solutions using SailPoint (On-Prem). This role includes design, development, customization, troubleshooting, and L3 support for SailPoint-based IGA functions like access requests, provisioning, and governance across hybrid environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engineer, implement, and maintain SailPoint IdentityNow and IdentityIQ platforms.

  • Collaborate with IT Security, Application Development, and Operations teams to define IAM best practices.

  • Onboard applications and integrate user accounts with identity cubes via connectors like Active Directory, LDAP, MS Entra ID, Web APIs, DBs, Mainframe, Snowflake, etc.

  • Troubleshoot SailPoint-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

  • Maintain platform health, scalability, and compliance standards.

  • Guide operational teams with best practices and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years in IAM/security engineering with SailPoint (On-Prem); Cloud version is a plus.

  • Strong experience in Java/J2EE, RESTful APIs, BeanShell, Unix-based Databases.

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of SailPoint Lifecycle Manager & Compliance Manager including:

    • Quicklink, Plugin customization

    • Access request, approval & provisioning workflows

    • Attestation/Certification, RBAC, SOD, Reporting

    • Custom Data Imports & External API Integrations

  • Agile/Scrum development experience.

  • Version control & SDLC compliance.

  • Experience tuning Apache Web Server and Tomcat is preferred.

  • Bonus: Knowledge of Okta, Saviynt, or other IAM platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master s preferred).

  • Background in financial services/securities is a plus.
