FindPro Group Inc. is seeking a high-performing Sales Consultant to accelerate business growth across our HR SaaS platform and IT contract staffing solutions. This on-site role is ideal for a driven sales expert with experience in selling on-demand technology talent (e.g., AI, Cloud, Data Science, Full Stack, UI/UX, and Mobile Developers) and managing full-cycle enterprise B2B deals.
Key Responsibilities
Sell FindPro s IT contract staffing solutions, including roles such as:
AI/ML Developers
Cloud Engineers
Data Scientists
Full Stack Developers
UI/UX Designers
Mobile App Developers
Promote and sell FindPro s HR SaaS technology platform
Prospect and qualify new clients in the US enterprise and mid-market segments
Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from outreach to closing
Customize proposals based on client needs and technology requirements
Use Zoho CRM, HubSpot, and Salesforce to manage leads, activities, and pipeline
Collaborate with the marketing team to launch and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn paid campaigns
Support onboarding of new clients, acting as the liaison between sales and delivery teams
Drive account management, maintaining relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Track KPIs and report sales activity and campaign performance to leadership
Attend events, tradeshows, and client meetings as needed
Maintain a pulse on IT hiring trends, tech talent demand, and staffing competition
Required Qualifications & Experience
5 10 years of experience in IT contract staffing sales, specifically in on-demand tech talent placement
Proven success selling into the US Corporate market, especially technology and digital transformation initiatives
Strong knowledge of technical roles (AI, Cloud, Data Science, Full Stack, UI/UX, Mobile) and client pain points
CRM proficiency with Zoho, HubSpot, and Salesforce
Familiarity with running or supporting Google and LinkedIn paid lead generation campaigns
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Excellent command of English both spoken and written
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Bachelor s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Nice to Have
Experience selling HR tech products, SaaS tools, or workforce platforms
Experience working with MSPs, VMS platforms, or large system integrators
Knowledge of recruiting or delivery workflows for IT staffing
Sales training certifications or CRM tool certifications
