Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Cloud Assessment and Strategy:
- Evaluate our current multi-cloud environment, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and refine cloud strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective cloud utilization.
- Process Optimization:
- Assess existing processes for migrating products to the cloud and production environments.
- Streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and minimize risks.
- Implement best practices for cloud governance and compliance.
- Runbook Creation and Documentation:
- Develop detailed runbooks for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response.
- Document procedures related to cloud architecture, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
- Multi-Cloud Management:
- Oversee cloud services across various providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
- Optimize resource allocation, cost management, and performance.
- Address any cross-cloud integration challenges.
- Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with engineering, operations, and security teams.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
