Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Lead Workday Reporting and Analytics Consultant (REMOTE) with strong expertise in Workday Prism Analytics to join our dynamic team. As a senior consultant you will be building HCM and Payroll reports and dashboards. This is a Senior level role and you will be training junior reporting resources also.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to design, develop, and implement custom reporting and analytics solutions. You will also lead and mentor teams of junior consultants, ensuring that the best practices for Workday reporting and data visualization are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and deliver custom Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Workday Reporting tools (including Workday Prism).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Support the development of advanced Workday reports using calculated fields, custom domains, and advanced data filters.
  • Create complex, interactive reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights to senior management.

Workday Prism Analytics:

  • Leverage Workday Prism Analytics to enable organizations to transform and visualize data from multiple sources, including Workday and external systems.
  • Work with large datasets, cleanse, transform, and combine data in Prism for analysis and reporting.
  • Design and implement data models in Prism that support enterprise-level reporting and decision-making.
  • Integrate data from third-party systems into Workday Prism for more comprehensive analytics.

Consultation & Client Support:

  • Lead client workshops to define reporting and analytics requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, recommending optimal reporting strategies and solutions.
  • Provide training and support to client teams on how to use Workday reporting and analytics tools effectively.

Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Lead a team of consultants and junior analysts in implementing Workday Reporting and Analytics solutions.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work produced by junior consultants to ensure quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices for report creation, data analysis, and solution design.
