We are seeking a versatile Marketing Manager with expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and event management to join our dynamic team in Richardson, TX. This role will focus on executing impactful marketing initiatives, including industry and Prodapt-led events, ABM campaigns, and broader regional marketing activities to strengthen Prodapt s positioning as an AI-first technology partner for telecom and technology companies. In this role, you will collaborate with the broader marketing team, sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs, building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Experience working with / targeting telecom firms /CSPs is a bonus.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute ABM campaigns for strategic accounts, leveraging data and insights to craft personalized strategies. Collaborate with account teams to align on goals, deliverables, and KPIs for ABM programs.
  • Strategize, plan, and execute industry and Prodapt-hosted events, including CXO-level gatherings, workshops, and conferences. Manage the end-to-end execution of on-ground marketing events, including logistics, budgets, and vendor coordination.
  • Contribute to regional marketing programs that enhance Prodapt s brand positioning as an AI-first leader in the telecom and technology sectors.
  • Partner with the broader marketing team, sales, and other cross-functional teams to drive ABM campaigns and events effectively.
  • Maintain dashboards to track metrics, ROI providing transparency to stakeholders.
  • Develop/ own narratives and marketing materials for events, campaigns, and ABM initiatives.

Experience and Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with demonstrated success in event management, ABM, and regional marketing initiatives.
  • Experience working in technology services or product companies; exposure to telecom firms or CSPs is a bonus.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6Sense, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset to derive actionable insights and optimize campaigns.
  • Ability to craft compelling messaging and content tailored to target audiences.
