Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)
- Red Hat Linux Administration - Strong experience with RHEL (v9 preferred, other versions acceptable).
- Linux Application Support - Troubleshooting and maintaining Linux-based applications.
- Containerization & Orchestration - Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools.
- Security Hardening & Automated Patching - Implementing best practices for Linux security.
- Scripting & Automation - Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary Linux expert across the IT team.
- Manage and maintain Linux deployments (Red Hat, Ubuntu, legacy CentOS upgrades).
- Install, configure, secure, and patch Linux servers; explore automation using Ansible and scripting.
- Collaborate with other teams on Linux aspects of VMware, EMC, and Pure Storage.
- Support projects like Grok Stream (data parsing on Red Hat systems).
