Job Details

Position: Programmer Analyst 3 Databricks/JIRA Specialist
Project: Eligibility Projects Health & Human Services
Location: Lansing, MI (Candidates MUST be local within 90 minutes)
Interview: Onsite interview required

Mandatory Experience:

  • 8 11+ years in IT as a Programmer Analyst or similar role

  • 6 7+ years working with Databricks development, environment support, and integration

  • 5 6+ years with JIRA agile tracking, issue/ticket management

  • 2 3+ years with Confluence documentation and collaboration

Strongly Preferred Skills:

  • PL/SQL scripting and query optimization

  • Oracle Database design, support, and maintenance

  • .NET 4.8 (C#) and Java application development and support

  • Batch Jobs development and troubleshooting

  • DevSecOps tools CI/CD pipeline integration

  • Business Objects / Crystal Reports report development

  • Version Control Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, GIT

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Senior developers, technical analysts, or support engineers with:

  • Hands-on experience in Databricks-based solutions

  • Background in public sector or eligibility/benefit systems

  • Proven track record in agile environments and production support
