Job Summary We are seeking a Dutch language expert with experience in Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Artificial Intelligence (AI) to support chatbot optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of written and spoken Dutch and will contribute to improving chatbot output through linguistic analysis and task execution. Key Responsibilities Perform tasks aimed at enhancing chatbot performance and output quality. Analyze and refine chatbot responses using linguistic expertise. Collaborate with technical teams to improve NLU/NLP models. Ensure grammatical accuracy, correct spelling, and natural language flow in Dutch. Provide feedback and suggestions for improving chatbot interactions. Document findings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Required Qualifications Native or near-native proficiency in Dutch (written and spoken). Experience with NLU, NLP, or AI technologies. Background in linguistics or translation is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail and language accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with chatbot or conversational AI systems. Familiarity with annotation tools and linguistic data analysis. Education: Bachelors Degree
