Job Title: Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant and Integration Expert

Job Description:

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant and Integration Expert to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and the Oracle tech stack. This role requires proficiency in developing real-time and batch integrations and extensive experience particularly in Payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), GL and Projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in technical consulting, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on integrating with Oracle Fusion apps leveraging OIC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement real-time and batch integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other Oracle technology stack components.
  • Create integration architecture and solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion applications to support integration requirements, including Payroll, HCM, GL, Projects modules.
  • Provide technical support for integration-related issues, including diagnosing problems, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and other technical team members to gather requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Oracle Technical relevant certifications are plus
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical consulting, with at least 5 years focused on integrating with Oracle Fusion applications.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and other Oracle tech stack components. Experience with real-time and batch integration development.
  • Strong understanding of integration concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Experience integrating Payroll, HCM, and Projects modules to Oracle Fusion.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Platform as a Service (PAAS) and other cloud-based integration platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery
