Bilingual (French and English) Performance Management Investigator / Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Toronto

Pay Rate: $15-20/Hour CAD

We are seeking a bilingual (French and English), detail-oriented, and analytical Performance Management Investigator / Analyst to support our Financial Planners, Market Leaders, and Branch Salesforces across the country. This role involves reviewing data, conducting investigations, and ensuring timely completion of cases in alignment with established service level agreements (SLAs). The ideal candidate has strong communication skills in both languages, enjoys problem-solving, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned investigations daily, meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Review and analyze data from multiple sources to close investigations within SLA timelines.
• Identify and escalate complex cases to developers or team leads with proper documentation.
• Apply policies, guidelines, and FAQs to resolve investigations efficiently.
• Follow up with partners, field representatives, and teammates regarding case progress.
• Communicate effectively in both French and English, both written and verbal.
• Share knowledge and best practices with other team members to support team success.
• Perform QA scorecard reviews (FP, Branch, CCC, US) approximately once every 4 5 weeks as part of a rotating weekend schedule.
• Maintain and update investigation guides and reference materials.
• Ensure all investigations are handled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with internal procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English both written and verbal communication required.
• Intermediate SQL skills required; experience with SAS preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in both official languages, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
• Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
