EAM consultant

Experience: 12-15 years of experience in delivering EAM /Infor Transformation/Implementation Projects preferably in Utilities industry

Responsibilities

• Experience in conducting Business Process Workshops and perform EAM/Infor EAM fit gap analysis
• Anchor discussions around functional specifications and translate into EAM/Infor requirements
• Bring the Utility best practices on the table and suggest business process improvements
• Must have knowledge in Infor EAM Cloud suite of solutions
• Experience in managing Utilities Infor EAM/FSM transformation projects.
• To do a detailed program increment planning with business for EAM process area , EAM functional area -Asset mgnmt, Work Mgmt, Scheduling & field mobility
• To liaison with client IT team/ other vebdors managing external system such as GIS/ Supply Chain, Finance and ensure EAM program dependencies are listed and closely working with client team to ensure readiness of the development components in external system
• Anchor discussions around user stories and translate into story points /system requirements/ functional specifications along with technical team

• Project management experience in Infor CloudSuite EAM implementation projects.
• Very good understanding of EAM process and Functional areas
• Understanding of electric utility business processes and requirements

• Knowledge of mobility solution in Infor EAM.
• Knowledge of Oracle database.
• Very good knowledge of Work management, Inventory and purchasing modules in Infor EAM.

Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in engineering/science or equivalent, PMI certified.
