Job Title: Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing end-to-end Salesforce solutions while adhering to best practices and methodologies. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert technical guidance. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Solution Design and Development: Design and construct comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging your deep expertise in Salesforce architecture. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure the successful delivery of solutions.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration:  Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions. Your guidance will be crucial in achieving alignment between technical capabilities and business goals.

3. Incorporate Salesforce Features: Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and functionalities, evaluating their relevance to ongoing projects and incorporating them where beneficial.

4. Technical Design Leadership: Lead technical design sessions, providing architectural oversight and meticulously documenting technical solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the scalability, maintainability, and flexibility of Salesforce implementations.

5. Salesforce Support: Assist in resolving technical issues related to Salesforce, providing hands-on support when required to troubleshoot problems and develop tailored solutions.

1. Strong Architectural Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce architecture, with a proven ability to design solutions that scale effectively and align with business objectives.

2. Admin and Development Proficiency: High-level proficiency in both Salesforce administration and development, enabling seamless customization and development of solutions to meet specific business needs.

3. Lifecycle and Design Experience: Proven experience in overseeing projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial design and planning to successful implementation. Ensure adherence to best practices and comprehensive design documentation.

4. Deployment Management: Competence in managing Salesforce deployments across various environments, implementing version control practices, and ensuring smooth transitions from development to production.

5. Hands-on Troubleshooting and Development: Willingness and capability to dive into technical challenges, offering hands-on support to troubleshoot issues and develop tailored solutions when necessary.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, including a track record of designing scalable and flexible solutions for large organizations.
- Salesforce Administrator and Architect certifications highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and development tools.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to lead meetings with both IT and business users.
- Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other business systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD/DevOps development methodologies and processes.
