Please note that this is a 12-18 months contract position.
Shift: 7AM-4PM/ 2:30PM- 11PM
Recent graduate with BS Degree in Life Sciences or Chemistry will be accepted.
Job Description:
Creates testing control center for QC. This includes updating SOP’s as required. Determining the process for assigning out controlled forms for testing.
May have responsibilities of reviewing data, as needed.
Completes projects with supervision. Has a clear understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLPs), cGMPS, and other regulatory requirements.
Actively engages in continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Proven ability to exercise judgment and appropriately escalates issues to QC management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, and will be expected to communicate directly with project managers and management.
•Reviews data for compliance to specifications and reports and troubleshoots abnormalities.
•Required to follow good documentation practices.
•Exercises judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Qualifications:
Typically 1-4 years of relevant experience for this level
A Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent experience in Analytical Chemistry or related life sciences field or a field related to project managing, with one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good project managing skills.
Proven skills in coordinating and managing day to day tasks and working in collaboration to accomplish deadlines and objectives.
Personal leadership skills and fosters working in a team environment.
Works cross functionally to complete projects and testing.
Knowledge of and skills in using computer software and hardware applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
