***This position requires working onsite in the office.

The Salesforce QA will support Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service. This role combines hands-on QA ownership, user enablement, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance

  • Lead QA efforts for Salesforce updates across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.

  • Develop and maintain regression test plans for Flows, Apex triggers/classes, validation rules, screen flows, and automation.

  • Coordinate and execute end-to-end UAT for new releases, field service configurations, and mobile app updates.

  • Validate data integrity and relationships across key Salesforce objects such as Work Orders, Service Appointments, and Maintenance Plans.

  • Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, email, document generation, and third-party platforms).

  • Partner with IT Product Owners and other team members to verify acceptance criteria and resolve issues before deployment.

End-User Training & Enablement

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for office and field technician users.

  • Create user guides, quick-reference materials, and instructional videos.

  • Host hands-on sessions for technicians, coordinators, and managers focused on Field Service Mobile, Work Orders, and scheduling workflows.

  • Translate technical release notes into clear, user-friendly updates.

  • Track adoption metrics (logins, feature usage, error rates) and adjust training as needed.

  • Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert, helping users troubleshoot issues and sharing feedback with IT.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with business stakeholders to define test cases that reflect real-world operations.

  • Collaborate with IT on solution design to ensure functional alignment with user needs.

  • Participate in release management cycles — from sandbox testing to production validation.

  • Identify ongoing training opportunities based on QA findings, support tickets, and system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Field Service experience strongly preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Apex), and security/permissions model.

  • Proven experience managing QA and UAT processes in Salesforce environments.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills — able to explain technical updates clearly to end users.

  • Familiarity with Jira and Agile project methodologies.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce Administrator certification

  • Experience with test automation tools
