Remote, Full--time.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions, guiding technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects. You will play a key role in defining and implementing ServiceNow architecture and best practices within the organization, while also driving innovation by exploring and developing new ServiceNow-based products and solutions to address emerging business needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions across various business domains.
  • Define and implement ServiceNow architecture and best practices within the organization.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ServiceNow platform features, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ServiceNow development processes and methodologies.
  • Research and explore new ServiceNow capabilities and technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to develop new ServiceNow-based products and solutions.
  • Prototype and develop new ServiceNow applications to address emerging business needs.
  • May be involved in pre-sales activities, such as solution demonstrations and proof-of-concept development.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including its core components and functionalities.
  • Expertise in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant scripting languages.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Experience with ServiceNow best practices and methodologies, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, and FSM.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interest in and aptitude for innovation and product development.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
