Argos Report Writer

DataStaff, Inc. is seeking an Argos Report Writer for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients in Pembroke, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Developing data blocks in the Argos reporting tool as well as working with our functional offices to help them determine what data blocks are needed to produce the reports in their areas.
• Migrating reports written in a custom application into Argos. This custom application uses .NET and SQL for producing reports.
• Will be working with the Argos Administrators when moving data blocks from our Test Argos environment to our Production Argos environment.

Required Skills:

• 3 Years - Developing data blocks in Argos using either the GUI or SQL.
• 3 Years - Experience maintaining Argos security
• 3 Years - SQL development
• 3 Years - Writing reports for the Ellucian Banner ERP system, including knowledge of the Banner database Oracle tables.
• 1 Years - Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system or other ITSM ticketing system
• 2 Years - Experience working with customers to document requirements of reports.
• 6 Months - Familiar with ITIL change management practices
