Location: New Brighton, Minnesota 4 days/week onsite (Relocation preferred; remote possible after transition)

About the Role

Client is completing delivery of a large-scale Oracle SaaS ecosystem including CPQ, HCM, SCM, Financials, GEP, and Microsoft Dynamics. With North American operations integrating over the next three years and a major go-live scheduled soon, the organization is transitioning from implementation to sustainment.

This role will lead the Integration & Data Engineering function post-go-live, ensuring stability, performance, and data integrity across the enterprise application landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and mentor a team of ~10 resources (including 8 integration engineers).

• Operate in a 50/50 split between hands-on technical oversight and people leadership.

• Drive operational excellence for post-go-live sustainment.

• Establish integration governance, standards, and monitoring practices.

Integration Ownership

• Own all enterprise integrations across the Oracle SaaS ecosystem.

• Oversee development, enhancement, and support of integrations built using:

  • Boomi

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Ensure integration reliability, scalability, and performance optimization.

• Manage incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Data Platform & Quality

• Oversee data flows between Oracle, GEP, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise systems.

• Ensure data integrity, governance, and reconciliation processes.

• Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms.

• Support business reporting and analytics enablement.

Cloud & Infrastructure (Nice to Have)

• Experience with integrations hosted in Microsoft Azure environment.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years in Integration/Data Engineering

• 3+ years in leadership or team management role

• Strong hands-on experience with Boomi and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS ecosystems (Oracle HCM, SCM, Financials preferred)

• Experience leading post-go-live sustainment environments

• Strong understanding of API architecture, middleware, ETL, and data governance

• Experience in Azure cloud environment (preferred)
