Job Details

This role is a 6 month contract with potential extensions. It is 100% remote in the USA. There are no sponsorship opportunities available.

  • Control-M, Azure, Azure Synapse would be a huge plus, Scripting (Scripting languages; Go, Python, Java, etc), Production Control, Batch Jobs
  • Batch Self-Service Portal - worked closely with SMEs across IT and the business to come up with processes where the business could take advantage of Control-M s Self-Service Portal.
  • Will utilize an Azure Dev Ops backlog to track and assign work items for the team that married up to corporate and divisional goals.
  • Manage both internal and third party resources to ensure the completion of work for the project.
  • Gather requirements, report weekly on progress, collaborate on remediation of issues. Lead testing and UAT of integrations.
  • SME on technical design and configuration of the enterprise scheduling system and operational processes to support Production and Non-Production Batch processing.
    Establish technical methods, integrate and configure advanced operational processes to support schedules in Production and Non-Production environments.
  • Responsible for Production and Non-Production requirements for critical path processing, error resolution, and delays as well as Disaster Recovery requirements, planning, and execution in conjunction with all associated IT
  • Handle application-level issues and provide appropriate solutions to maintain stability, availability, fault tolerance, and contingency planning within batch infrastructure.
  • Maintain technical methods knowledge base for batch processing, infrastructure, and applications as well as implementation procedures, rules, policies, and environmental change control throughout Production and Non-Production environments with annual reviews of all documentation, procedures, and standards to ensure
    they conform to current standards.
  • Maintain enterprise scheduling applications and server version and service pack levels, including appropriate implementation, testing, and quality of systems.
    Implement technical processes, procedures, and custom interfaces to support Production and Non-Production environments with responsibilities including the technical design, coding, and implementation of custom processes and interfaces for operational and batch processing.
  • SME for Control-M, our enterprise scheduling application and its interfaces and modules.
  • Responsible for training and instructing Command Center staff in current policies, procedures, applications,
    infrastructure, and enterprise scheduling as well as leading staff through project collaboration with other IT and business teams, managing project milestones, and consistently meeting deadlines for project implementations with detailed progress throughout the project lifecycle to upper business and IT management
