Job Details

HYBRID MODEL – 3 days onsite 2 days Remote

Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with 8 –12 years of strong, hands-on experience in the .NET technology stack, scripting languages, monitoring tools, and deployment processes.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building, maintaining, and deploying enterprise-level applications.
  • Experience with Argo or Teller applications will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using the .NET Framework, .NET Core, and related technologies.
  • Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline deployment, monitoring, and system maintenance.
  • Integrate monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and resolve performance or availability issues.
  • Manage and support application deployments, ensuring smooth transitions across environments (Dev, QA, Prod).
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and contribute to process and performance improvements.
  • Work on Argo or Teller application environments, supporting development, enhancement, and production stability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement long-term fixes.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8 –12 years of hands-on experience in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, Web API).
  • Strong understanding of OOPs concepts, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or similar).
  • Proven experience in application deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and release management (using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Argo or Teller applications is a major advantage.
  • Good understanding of databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
