    ESG Technical Project Manager (Facilities Environmental, Sustainability, Governance)

    Growing high-technology company in Phoenix is expanding their team! There is a hybrid schedule working approximately 50% of the time from home. This role will fill as soon as a qualified candidate is identified so please apply soon.

    Key Job Functions:
    • High level technical review of ESG projects
    • Assist global sites in generating capital requests using standard templates
    • Coordination of facilities capital requests required to ensure adherence to capital spend projections
    • Track project progress and report updates as needed
    • Work with ESG leads to develop KPIs and metrics needed to determine status of projects
    • Work with global facilities teams to ensure capital request process compliance
    • Summarize and report capital spend profiles provided by global sites
    • Generate reports from CO2 and water recycle model
    • Assist in updating data in CO2 and water recycle model

    Prepare presentations on various ESG topics as needed

    Job Qualifications:
    • Project management experience, 5+ years
    • Engineering or Technical degree is recommended
    • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
    • Ability to function effectively with peers inside and outside the organization
    • Actively demonstrate ownership of issues
    • Is self-motivated, requires minimal direction and follow up in completing tasks
