Oracle HCM Developer  . More of a technical role with functional HCM Knowledge.

Modules in Scope - Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Global HR, and Compensation.

 

Must have skills.

  1. Oracle HCM Cloud Experience (Min 5 Years)
  2. HCM Extract
  3. BI Publisher
  4. Fast Formula and Value Sets

 

Good to Have Skills

  1. HCM Data Loader
  2. Spreadsheet Data Loader
  3. Descriptive Flex fields (DFF), Extensible Flex Fields (EFF).
  4. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
