Role: Technical Writer and Video Content Creator

"Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software or IT domains.
Strong understanding of technology concepts (e.g., APIs, cloud infrastructure, DevOps).
Proficiency in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Confluence, MadCap Flare, Git).
Experience with video creation tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, XML, or scripting languages.
Exposure to tools like JIRA, GitHub, or CI/CD pipelines.
Basic understanding of Kubernetes, cloud platforms, or automation tools.
Experience in creating accessible content for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Create instructional and explainer videos to complement written documentation, including screen recordings, voiceovers, and animations.
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and understand product functionality.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
Organize documentation in structured formats (e.g., Markdown, HTML, Confluence).
Ensure all content aligns with branding, accessibility, and compliance standards.
Participate in product demos and technical reviews to stay updated on changes.
Design diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to support both written and video content.
