Job Details

Requirements:
  • 7 or more years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
  • Proficiency in Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and execution.
  • Experience with D365 F&O Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse modules.
  • Experience in driving user adoption, training, and readiness assessments.
  • Experience with developing communication plans and stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience in ERP transformation projects and cutover planning.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies for D365 rollout.
  • Drive user adoption through targeted training and readiness assessments.
  • Partner with functional leads to ensure smooth process transitions.
  • Translate system changes into business-friendly guidance for end users.
  • Identify change risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
  • Support functional configuration, testing, and data validation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and SI partners on project delivery.
