Job Details
Requirements:
- 7 or more years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
- Proficiency in Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and execution.
- Experience with D365 F&O Supply Chain, Finance, and Warehouse modules.
- Experience in driving user adoption, training, and readiness assessments.
- Experience with developing communication plans and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in ERP transformation projects and cutover planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies for D365 rollout.
- Drive user adoption through targeted training and readiness assessments.
- Partner with functional leads to ensure smooth process transitions.
- Translate system changes into business-friendly guidance for end users.
- Identify change risks and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Support functional configuration, testing, and data validation efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams and SI partners on project delivery.
