The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.00/hr.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (10-hour shifts), Saturday (8-hour shift)

Responsibilities
- Install and maintain structured cabling systems in hyperscale data centers or commercial environments
- Perform cable terminations including RJ45 jacks and patch panels
- Build out racks and cabinets
- Conduct cable testing and labeling
- Construct pathways and route cabling
- Assist with Telecommunication Room build-outs
- Follow safety and quality standards consistently
- Work in confined spaces and at heights up to 20 feet using ladders
- Lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs regularly
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data center or commercial cabling environments
- Fiber optic cabling experience
- OSHA 10 certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and understand English (bilingual a plus)
- Familiarity with color-coded wiring and punch-down techniques
- Comfortable working days, nights, or weekends based on project needs
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity
- Reliable and punctual attendance
