Job Title: CRM Programmer/Reporting Developer
Job Location: Remote
Eligibility/Clearance: Must be authorized to work in the US
Job Description: Seeking a remote MS Dynamics CRM Programmer/Reporting
Developer to support the delivery of an energy efficiency program
portfolio. The CRM Programmer/Reporting Developer will be responsible
for developing CRM applications using customization and configuration
techniques to help customers achieve their goals. This role will drive
Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases, including
discovery, definition, build and test, and deploy. In addition, he/she
is responsible for delivering project reports, including developing
various report formats, dashboards, presentations and others.
JOB ACTIVITIES
- Work with other Developers, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and
Business users to produce software solutions
- Develop, implement, and maintain applications on the Microsoft
Dynamics CRM platform
- Develop scripts, identify and resolve website bugs on Microsoft
Dynamic CRM to enhance user experience.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure that customization code quality is at
the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being
followed
- Develop system and program specifications to meet client needs
- Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
- Create and maintain schema and code to support system/program
requirements
- Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures
- Create and maintain appropriate user and technical documentation
- Work with clients to resolve problems in a timely manner and
escalate as appropriate
- Design, create and test SQL reports using SSRS
- Establish new reporting processes using MS Power BI
- Assists with data processing, query development, data visualization
and statistical analysis tasks.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
related field of study or 5 years applicable equivalent work
experience
- 5+ years working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Dynamics 365
Online CRM.
- Mandatory Qualifications SQL Server, IIS, SharePoint, JavaScript,
HTML, CSS, Dynamics 365, CRM SDK, Custom plug-ins for Dynamics CRM
and Microsoft Exchange email integration
- Advanced experience and knowledge of SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, Microsoft
SQL Server Database Platforms and Microsoft Reporting Services
Development Environment
- Experience with agile development and source control management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and/or projects to
meet short turn-around times while effectively adhering to strict
quality control standards
- Self-driven team player, with the ability to work effectively
independently or collaboratively
- Enjoys working as part of a diverse team, collaborates effectively,
and maintains professionalism under deadline pressure
- Capacity to understand technical concepts and apply that to projects
to ensure technical requirements are met
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office tools (i.e.,
Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams)
- Demonstrated technical ability combined with the ability to work in
a collaborative environment with end-users, clients, and other
members of the software development and implementation teams
- Knowledge of AWS cloud technology and services required.
- Excellent verbal, written, computer, technical communication and
presentation skills
DESIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of Application Program Interface (API s) required. Prefer
use and support of the MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform but not required.
- Experience working with utility-sponsored energy efficiency
programs
- Ability to effectively manage and negotiate multiple priorities and
deliverables within an entrepreneurial work setting
- Provide subject matter expertise to customers including technologies
and implementation methodologies to successfully implement
SharePoint/CRM solutions.
- Knowledge of competing products / solutions and industry trends.
EXPERIENCE MINIMUM
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
related field of study or 5 years applicable equivalent work
experience
- 5+ years working with C#, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Dynamics 365
Online CRM.
WORK LOCATION
Candidate will work remote eastern time (Monday Friday 8:30am to
5:00pm). Candidate must reside in the USA.Card Holder. We can t accept non-USA candidates. Work must be performed
in the USA.
