Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating smooth execution of engineering projects by coordinating with our client, their clients and offshore teams. The role involves schedule management, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and ensuring timely delivery of project outputs across multiple engineering disciplines.

Responsibilities:

• You will be interacting directly with our client and offshore teams.
• You will be preparing and maintaining Project Schedule based on discussions with the client and their clients.
• You will be interacting with all customer stakeholders, collecting the input needed to handle the project, packaging the work and send to offshore.
• You will be interacting with offshore team and ensuring on time delivery of project deliverables.
• You will be tracking the progress, reporting back to the client and our stakeholders,
• You will identify any deviations and plans and implement course corrections to meet the planned deadlines.
• You will be coordinating engineering activities across multiple disciplines (civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, controls)
• You will be resolving design and technical issues during the engineering and construction phases
• You will be providing site engineering support during construction and commissioning, as needed.
• You will be communicating risk posture, security updates, and progress on initiatives clearly and effectively.

Deliverables

• Project execution plan for the engineering scope
• Coordinate with our teams and deliver in scope drawings and models.

Experience in coordinating in a multi-discipline engineering environment in domains like

• Oil & Gas Plant Engineering
• Data Centre Design
• Medium to large scale Factory design and commissioning
