Role : .NET Full Stack Developer with Strong AI & Python
Location : Remote
Visa : USC/EAD (no opt) on w2 or 1099

JD :
- 10 Years of experience as Full Stack Developer
- Experience on C#/.NET, development of integration components using Azure tech stack.
- Strong experience in developing Integrations/APIs solutions or relevant solution development
- Proficient with Azure Platform Development (Azure Functions, Azure Services, Azure Storage, Logic Apps)
- Good knowledge of integrations with third party systems.
- Strong communication & customer facing skills.
- 8-10 years of Full Stack technical expertise and people management, experienced in having cross-group collaborations skills, with the ability lead and coordinate the Planning, Execution and Release activities for sprint releases
- Work closely with planning, engineering, and business teams to prepare release plans and track milestones completed on time and with quality.
- Maintain project health dashboards and provide awareness with respect to project health metrics
- Drive regular rhythm with engineering teams and stakeholders as needed to ensure issues, action items and risks are tracked and have mitigation and resolution plans in place.
- Help bridge the gap across project stakeholders and dependencies.
- Plan and attend daily, weekly meetings and monthly governance calls.
- Good communication skills and should be able handle tasks individually
