Technical Services Analyst  (This job is not Remote)

Seeking a software support professional who will provide great service to clients inside and outside of the office and can effectively perform duties associated with maintenance and on-demand support activities of software via telephone, WebEx Internet conferencing, on-site, and email, with the ability to communicate with professionalism.

Responsibilities and Opportunity:

  • Diagnose and resolve application-based issues as well as associated hardware issues
  • Maintain organized and detailed customer data using a CRM (customer relationship management) system, NetSuite, including both trouble tickets as well as ongoing project & implementation progress
  • Travel to client locations for on-site software installation and training
  • Work with customers to coordinate and install updates and upgrades
  • Collaborate with department members and development staff to serve clients
  • Test software upgrades and customizations
  • Troubleshoot mobile computing devices, barcode scanners, thermal printers, and other peripheral devices
  • Work effectively with our clients to devise solutions and maintain / develop strong working relationships

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Technical or Science oriented Associate’s degree or equivalent computer coursework
  • Knowledge of databases and how they integrate with other platforms
  • IIS and/or SQL experience helpful
  • Ability to perform basic PC software and hardware installations, including loading applications and hardware drivers
  • Ability to travel 1 week per month with some periods requiring light travel and others requiring heavier travel.
